The Loan Officer is responsible for building a high‑quality loan portfolio while promoting the ARM brand. This role requires a solid understanding of the agricultural market and a local network. The primary objective is to support farmers’ needs and contribute to ARM’s market share growth.

• Achieving the growth objectives of the location.
• Ensuring adherence to ARM policies and procedures.
• Supporting risk management and collection activities within the portfolio.
• Assisting with loan operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience.
• Participating in loan and marketing efforts within the area/region.
• Conducting regular visits with clients to build relationships and generate new loans.
• Providing reports on loan operations and client interactions.
• Collaborating with the Senior Loan Officer and other team members to develop business strategies.

• Background in agriculture with business development experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in credit and underwriting.
• Ability to build relationships to promote loan volume and credit quality.
• Self‑motivated and driven.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with loan documentation.
