• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, advancing the goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• As a virtual, customer-facing role, use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay ranges by location are:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity.
