Overview

Intuit is seeking Bilingual Tax Professionals (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential, we would love to connect with you.

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software for virtual, customer-facing interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence in video and audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay varies by location. Example ranges:
Bay Area $28.80–$36.50, Southern California $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington $28.80–$36.50.
