Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Mortgage Agent. In this role, you will assist clients in securing mortgage solutions, provide expert advice on financial products, and guide clients through the mortgage application process. Other responsibilities include marketing mortgage services, generating leads, and keeping up to date with regulations and market trends to ensure compliance and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgage Servicing
• Experience with Mortgage Marketing and knowledge of mortgage-related financial products
• Ability to provide comprehensive guidance on mortgage options and assist clients through the application process
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and market trends
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Valid mortgage agent license or certification as required by regulatory authorities
