Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice and full service return preparation.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions accurately.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns with commercial prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with PTIN.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Strong customer service skills and confidence using video/audio tools.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Compensation

• Base pay range varies by location, starting at $28.80–$36.50 per hour in Bay and Southern California; $27.50–$34.80 in Colorado; and comparable ranges in other states. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and other benefits.
