What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver correct answers in everyday language.
• Operate in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions for accurate records.

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.

Compensation

Base pay ranges vary by location:

Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
Southern CA: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80/hour
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80/hour
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80/hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30/hour
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
New York: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30/hour
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80/hour
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50/hour
