Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

- Full remote work from home or office, collaborating with an exceptional team.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
- Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.
- Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities; committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills; confident interacting with customers via video/audio tools.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base Pay Range varies by location:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
Washington $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay offered is based on factors such as experience and work location.
