- Make product recommendations and connect customers to other product specialists as needed
- Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
- Handle routine inquiries and ensure customers understand product options
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required to be approved to do business in all states)
- Life license (or obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in using MS Office and strong communication skills
- CFP and/or CRPC certification
- Knowledge of CRM systems () and digital financial advice platforms
