Overview
Intuit is hiring Profesional Bilingue de Impuestos: CPA or EA or Abogado Practicante to support our customers during the upcoming tax season. If you hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
- Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort using video and audio tools in a professional manner.
- Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base pay varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California: $28.80‑$36.50/hr; Southern California: $28.80‑$36.50/hr; Colorado: $27.50‑$34.80/hr; etc.). The position includes cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits according to Intuit plans.
