Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor – CPA – Remote

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers through video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
