We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level role supports our Marketforce team and involves day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance across accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across seven different agencies.
  • Reconcile daily and monthly payment trackers to ensure all payments are accurately posted.
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies during daily reconciliations.
  • Process daily payment returns and key payments efficiently.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma, plus some tertiary qualification in finance (e.g., associate's degree, certificate, or coursework in accounting or finance).
  • Proficiency in multitasking and self-directed work.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word and PDF applications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience with payment reconciliations involving payment processors, banks, and systems of record.
  • Trustworthiness and discretion.

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Background & Screening
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
