• Provide full-spectrum financial counseling and education to members
• Host pre-scheduled appointments with members; this is not a sales position
• Discuss topics including budget, debt, credit, and related financial planning
• Inspire behaviors and financial habits that lead to a long-term counseling relationship
• Contribute to a team that values integrity, accountability, and continuous development

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant consumer finance arena
• AFC, CFP, ChFC certifications (required)
• Previous military experience or experience supporting military service members (preferred)
• Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change
• Proven ability to persuade clients to engage in value-added services
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and communication abilities
• Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
• Comfort with computers, software, and technology; openness to continuous development
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific role
• Ability to travel on occasion may be required

• 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity
• Salary from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
