Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
- Conduct virtual, customer-facing interactions using video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities, committed to enhancing our brand.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident handling of video/audio tools.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

- Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
