• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to coordinate remote work and communicate impact on results.
• Grow tax expertise and stay current with tax laws and client needs.

• Ability to conduct tax interviews and guide clients through virtual tax processes.
• Experience supporting clients remotely and using digital tools to build confidence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and leaders.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in tax.

• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in fast-paced environments.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet.
• Familiarity with technology (MS Teams and Outlook) and effective customer service techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex tax situations clearly via phone, email, and chat.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; tax knowledge assessment completion or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education and IRS/state requirements as applicable.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.
