Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers.

• Month‑End Closing: journal entries, variance explanations vs. forecast/annual plan, general ledger research to capture all billing opportunities.
• Operational Initiatives: collaborate with Director of Operations, Director of Sales, and Director of Rental to recommend cost/productivity improvements.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: forecasting, business planning, and branch performance analysis.
• Training: provide financial training on policies, procedures, and financial tools to Business Unit staff.
• Sarbanes‑Oxley Compliance: conduct branch audits as needed to ensure compliance.
• Corporate: act as Business Unit liaison with Ryder’s Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting group.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow up with tracking, reporting, and further recommendations.

• Effective communication with all levels of management.
• Strong problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and workload prioritization.
• Proactive and innovative planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated self‑starter, able to work independently when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially communicating complex financial/operational information from Vice Presidents to shop service managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Operations (preferred).

Financial Analysis

Minimum Pay Range: $65,000.00

Maximum Pay Range: $70,000.00
