Salary Range: $65k – $95k

• Preparation of sophisticated financial reports for senior level management, ensuring accuracy and providing solutions.
• Interpreting reports and identifying warnings.
• Oversee bookkeeping and the monthly close of the books.
• Maximize revenue and profit by improving processes within Vital.
• Budgeting, forecasting, projections.
• Analyzing financial data.
• Establishing and tracking KPIs for each department.
• Vendor negotiations.
• Reviews all formal finance, HR & IT related procedures.

• 7‑10 years experience working as a controller.
• Knowledge of Quick Books and other accounting systems.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets proficiency.
• Process‑focused with ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
• Team player who works closely with a team.
• Ready to roll up sleeves and take on CFO‑like duties or bookkeeper duties.
• Excellent management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
