We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Leeds.

Provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact and collaboration with operational colleagues. Exposure to Personal Injury/Court of Protection client work and trusts knowledge is advantageous. Process new business and support a Financial Planner.

Working Pattern:
Initially full time through training and implementation, probation 6 months, then hybrid pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.

• Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
• Maintain back‑office systems and client records in line with company policies.
• Request policy information from third‑party providers if applicable.
• Liaise with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes.
• Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
• Process all business in accordance with required processes, proactive pipeline management, establish new accounts on internal systems and collate AML documentation.
• Identify and report risks, breaches, or errors; log risks to mitigating actions and controls.
• Encourage client use of portal and other digital tools, provide guidance where required.
• Collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years supporting a Financial Planner and proven experience in financial services.
• Strong ethic of client service.
• Experience of processing new business.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing and organisational skills.
• Judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
