Director Valuation Surveyor - Remote

An exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking consultancy as they look to further expand their coverage. Having already been established for a few years the company has gone from strength to strength and already established excellent relationship with a range of lenders. Furthermore, you will be working alongside a highly experienced team with excellent back-office support. The role will be remote with access to a regional office that can be used if required.

Key responsibilities

• Providing valuation advice for mainly commercial assets with some residential across your region Working with range of lenders
• Assisting in business development
• Operating as the regional lead for the company

Key skills and experience

• MRICS qualified with a minimum of three years post qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
