You’ll play a key role in delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for a diverse client base. Expect involvement in reorganisations, acquisitions, demergers, and tax due diligence, while mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and contribute to shaping the future of the service line.

• ATT/CTA and/or ACA qualified
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate tax (Assistant Manager) or 4 years (Manager)
• Exposure to advisory projects such as reorganisations, M&A structuring, and tax accounting
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A proactive mindset and passion for developing junior talent
• Alphatax experience is a bonus, but not essential
