Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote

Join Intuit as a seasonal credentialed bilingual tax advisor (CPA) for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

Intuit is seeking tax experts to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, prepare returns, perform tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a PTIN.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
