What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate responses to customers using everyday language.
• Engage in a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software and document all interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is as follows:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
