- Prospect and develop relationships with new and existing vendor and end-user customers, with a call expectation of 100 per day for the first year
- Drive originations and gross margin to meet stated objectives
- Analyze customer financial information to provide tailored financing solutions
- Conduct regular financing sales training through various formats including meetings and calls
- Collaborate with management and support teams to achieve defined objectives
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the equipment leasing and financing industries
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM software programs;
Salesforce experience preferred - Proven track record in equipment financing sales
- Must possess a transferable book of business valued at $3M or greater
- Experience in equipment leasing and financing sales
- Strong self-learning and motivation skills
- Established network of contacts within the industry
- Familiarity with various financing products and solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
