In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working towards advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Act as a virtual, customer-facing advisor, using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
