Finance Director 155 – 185k + 30k accelerated bonus & equity incentive (Collaborate with Executive President, CFO, and COO)
- Fast paced B2B SaaS Company
- Information Technology Software Solutions and Services firm (growing rapidly with significant potential to double in revenue)
- Seeking experience working in a portfolio owned company (Private Equity or Venture Capital)
- Newly Created Executive Finance Position (100% Remote) (exclusive, not posted, confidential - submit only through FRS)
- Responsible to ensure key financial metrics, Financial Modeling
- Revenue and Profit Goals, Actual to Budget/Variance Analysis, Financial Planning, Performance Analysis (KPI's), Trends, Financial Modeling, board presentations, strong data, and revenue
- Manage day to day accounting, revenue recognition, AR, AP, GL, JE, reconciliations, GAAP, Financial Statement review and Audit (much more detail here but for a post this is good)
- CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA or similar pref
- Public Accounting experience highly pref
- Systems experience with ERPs (SaaS) highly pref
- Exp 10+ years
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Similar
