Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions accurately.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; able to interact through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Competitive base pay varies by location:
Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern CA $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, etc. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits. Pay based on job knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
