Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products: provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, manage product/software inquiries, advance “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers using everyday language.
• Virtual, customer-facing role: use video communication software, document interactions for accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexity, committed to brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video/audio tools in professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
