Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! This is a 100% remote position.

Overview

Intuit is looking for experienced tax professionals to help customers complete their taxes using our Turbo Tax products. This role involves providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and managing product inquiries.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing taxes, using commercial tax prep software.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide correct answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions for accurate record-keeping.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with knowledge of tax laws and a PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable using video/audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing Intuit brand.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Compensation

Competitive base pay range varies by location: for example, $28.80 - $36.50 per hour in the Bay Area and Southern California; $27.50 - $34.80 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Vermont; $24.80 - $30.30 in Minnesota, Ohio; $28.80 - $36.50 in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, DC. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on experience, location, and performance.
