Financial advisors grow the business through identifying and creating new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients by reviewing investment strategies and implementation recommendations.
Skills and Characteristics- An interest in services and markets.

- Skilled in long‑term relationship building.
- Comfortable with critical thinking.
- Passion for new opportunities.
- At least one of the following: bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Financial services and/or sales experience.
- Financial services registration, licensing or certification.
- Professional and/or military career progression.
- SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during paid study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
- Ongoing training and regulatory CE required for license standing.

Compensation – Trainee pay, supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range $45,000 – $100,000.
