• Own company-wide financial processes, including month-end close support, variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Partner with Accounting to prepare and refine quarterly and annual earnings materials
• Drive the Annual Operating Plan and long-term financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks
• Create clear reports and presentations that translate complex financial data into actionable insights

• Background in Corporate FP&A at a public company with a solid understanding of GAAP
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models
• Experience owning and improving recurring financial processes such as close and variance analysis
• Experience with SaaS business metrics, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting
• Proficiency with Adaptive or similar financial planning systems

• Effective collaboration and communication skills with analytical rigor
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment
• Comfort in a distributed, all-remote work setting
