Intuit is inviting qualified professionals to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. This role combines tax expertise, customer service, and remote collaboration.

• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Earn supplemental income while helping U.S. residents with their taxes.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video/audio tools.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
