• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers through our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software as a virtual, customer‑facing role, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern CA: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
