• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations
• Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions with accurate records
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver solutions in everyday language

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact through video and audio tools
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria
• Availability to work minimum 20 hours per week across three or more days
