What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Lead financial planning and analysis, focusing on forecasting and analyzing gross margin variances.
- Develop and refine financial models, including driver-based long-range planning and 3-statement modeling.
- Partner with operations teams to provide insights on technician efficiency and vendor profitability.
- Assist in the administration of FP&A systems and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the monthly financial close process and improve internal financial processes.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Operations.
- Direct experience in Renewable Energy, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), or Field Services.
- Advanced Excel skills, including hands-on experience with driver-based forecasting and 3-statement modeling.
- Familiarity with tracking profitability at the individual work-order or project level.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment or with SaaS business models.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ERP/CRM systems (Net Suite/Salesforce).
