Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you’ll be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• It’s a virtual, customer‑facing role, so you will use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• 2+ years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax‑preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax‑preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit’s security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
