What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction via video/audio tools.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is as follows:

• Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50
• Southern California: $28.80–$36.50
• Colorado: $27.50–$34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80–$36.50
• Illinois: $27.50–$34.80
• Maryland: $27.50–$34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80–$36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80–$36.50
• New York: $28.80–$36.50
• Ohio: $24.80–$30.30
• Vermont: $27.50–$34.80
• Washington: $28.80–$36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80–$36.50
