Senior Customer Account Specialist; Remote

• Establish and maintain relationships with Trust Accounting clients
• Perform full-service reconciliation of escrow accounting records to ensure accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions for complex issues
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data

• 5-7 years of directly relevant reconciliation, accounting, or audit experience, preferably in the mortgage or title insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn custom applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience with financial software is a plus
• Knowledge of accounting principles
