US Experienced Financial Advisor

Base pay range: $50,000.00 - $ per year.

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice supported by branch associates, a home‑office team, and other regional advisors. Your role will focus on building long‑term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with clients' unique, complex financial goals.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Utilize the firm‑provided branch office and client support resources to focus on client needs.
• Leverage a support network extending from your client support team, regional office, and home office.

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services working with clients with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services and a track record of success.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
