- Coordinate with operations and product teams to design and enhance compliance controls
- Develop compliance guidance, procedures, and job aids in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and build remediation plans with operations teams
- Review third-party vendor engagements for compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor servicing activities for regulatory risks and report potential risks to senior management
- Minimum of 5 years of compliance, regulatory, or risk management experience in the financial services or fintech industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to communicate complex compliance requirements to cross-functional partners
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Working knowledge of consumer protection regulations and applicable laws (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA, ECOA)
- Experience operationalizing a compliance program, including monitoring and testing procedures
- Experience with components of a Compliance Management System Strong commitment to ethics and good judgment
- CRCM, other Compliance Certifications, or JD are a plus
