Edward Jones is seeking a US Experienced Financial Advisor to develop and grow their own practice as part of our unique branch‑team business model. As a financial advisor, you will work closely with a branch office administrator and a regionally‑based support network to build client relationships and achieve long‑term financial goals.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions & referrals, social media & speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch characterized by mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Utilize a firm‑provided branch office in the community and client support resources.
• Work independently within a support network that extends from the client support team office to your region and the home office.

• No ceiling to earning potential; compensation tied to effort.
• Multi‑faced compensation package includes opportunities for profitability bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel.

• Hiring Minimum: $50,000
• Hiring Maximum: $125,000
