US Experienced Financial Advisor – Edward Jones

Base pay range: $50,000 – $125,000 per year

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional advisors. Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships to acquire new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch characterized by mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
  • Work with a firm‑provided branch office in the community.
  • Leverage client support to lighten the load so you can focus on your clients.
  • Receive a support network that extends from your client support team office to your region to the home office – you will work independently but have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services working with clients, in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
