Senior Financial Analyst

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles across the organization
• Maintain and update 3-statement financial models, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses, developing insights for senior leadership
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including dashboards and narratives for executives
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure financial data accuracy

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 4–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
• Proven expertise in advanced financial modeling and building 3-statement models
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in variance analysis
• Exceptional communication skills to distill complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations

• Experience in professional services, digital agencies, SaaS, or project-based revenue environments
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Sage) or automation tools
• Comfort in supporting leaders with high visibility deliverables (board decks, executive memos)
