Senior Customer Account Specialist; Remote

• Compare financial records to ensure accuracy between escrow accounting records, ledgers, and bank statements
• Identify discrepancies and errors between different financial sources
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with clients
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with assigned Trust Accounting clients

• 5-7 years of directly relevant reconciliation, accounting, or audit work experience; mortgage or title insurance industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn custom applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience with financial software
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
