• Perform research, financial modeling, and analysis of complex healthcare claims data to deliver actionable insights
• Develop key strategic reports and analyses using SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and Python
• Track and report on cost savings initiatives and present executive-ready summaries
• Conduct financial modeling to support negotiating strategies and contract rate proposals
• Evaluate and present VBC performance reports with recommendations based on findings

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Sciences, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of analytics experience in financial analysis, healthcare economics, statistics, or related discipline
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in SQL
• 5+ years of experience in quantifying, measuring, and analyzing financial/performance management metrics using modern BI tools

• Master s degree
• Experience in healthcare medical economics and/or strong financial analytics background
• Proactively identify and investigate complex medical cost issues
• Experience navigating and analyzing large, complex operational datasets
• Familiarity with industry standard normalization/reimbursement methodologies
