As a new Financial Advisor, your role revolves around building strong, trusting relationships with clients and understanding their unique financial goals. You will offer personalized advice and develop tailored strategies to help clients achieve financial security and protect their future. The position offers a clear growth path within the firm, allowing you to expand your expertise and provide even more comprehensive financial services as you advance in your career.

• Fast onboarding process, with new advisors typically ready to begin within 30 days.
• Mentorship program that includes an average of 25-35 appointments with an experienced mentor to ensure early success.
• Paid licensing and professional designations to support ongoing development.

• Access to a robust database of approximately 1,000 clients to jumpstart your customer base, eliminating the need to rely on cold prospecting.

• Path to exceed $100,000 in first year earnings, with starting draw.
• Up to $12,000 in training grant.

• 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA certifications.
