Sr Financial Analyst - Workday Financials - REMOTE

• Support the Finance organization’s reporting needs across various sub-work streams including general accounting and payroll cost allocations
• Develop, design, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver transformational reports aligned with Finance goals
• Review Workday system upgrades and conduct regression testing to improve processes
• Provide technical guidance and become the subject matter expert on reports and dashboards for the Finance organization

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the support and administration of Workday Financials
• At least 3 years of experience in Workday Report Writing, including complex calculated fields
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage projects with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and analytical skills

• Experience in engaging with Workday Community to understand technology capabilities
• Proven ability to take initiative in identifying problems and implementing change
• Familiarity with security dependencies related to Workday modules and data sources
