Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller, located in Pearland, TX with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure accurate accounting practices. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the company’s financial health and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Solid understanding and experience in Accounting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Great comfort with Accounting Software (we currently have Dynamics GP)
