We are looking for a Head of Sales & Trading to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Required expertise:

• Expert level of financial reasoning:
  Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance Planning, etc.

• Full-time or part-time remote position.
• Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule.
• Paid hourly at $50–$60 USD plus bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work.

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance-related reasoning exercises.
• Master's or PhD (in progress or completed) preferred but not required.
