• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to communicate how remote work impacts results; coordinate regularly to ensure success.
• Grow tax expertise and stay current with tax laws and practices.

• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred).
• Experience completing complex tax returns and individual tax returns.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and providing confident client service.
• Tax planning and audit support experience.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet; proficient with MS Teams and Outlook; strong technology skills.
• High school diploma or higher; ability to meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.
• Ability to research information using tax tools and IRS publications to understand client needs.

• Ability to conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients via virtual tools.
• Efficiently grow client base, retention, and cross-sell additional services.
• Communicate and coordinate with leaders and peers about remote work impact on results.
