Senior Fund Accountant with 15% BONUS, GREAT BENEFITS AND PERKS! LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with one of the world’s most respected and well-capitalized private equity firms to identify a Senior Fund Accountant for their elite finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a high-visibility role supporting complex fund structures within a global investment platform. Compensation and benefits — Competitive base salary up to $115,000; 15% annual bonus target; 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision – including full family coverage; generous 401(k) match; all major bank holidays observed; home office stipend (internet and cell phone covered); additional perks and professional development support.

• Overseeing external fund administrators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across deliverables such as quarterly financial reports, capital activity (calls/distributions), and complex waterfall models
• Managing internal financial reporting for select investment vehicles and proprietary funds, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and investor expectations
• Producing financial statements for portfolio-level holding entities, working closely with deal teams and finance leaders across the portfolio
• Responding to investor inquiries and providing data support for ongoing communications, audits, and capital-raising initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in fund accounting
• Prior public accounting experience is highly valued
• At least 2 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or similar asset management
• Credit fund or debt investment accounting experience is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage complex models and large datasets with confidence
