Location: Support Office – 1 day working from home and 4 office days (with requirement that 3 of these need to be at our support office and 1 can be in any of our other offices)

We are recruiting a File Reviewer to join our growing Compliance team. This role blends hands‑on file reviews with broader compliance projects, offering a unique chance to grow in a firm where your contributions directly shape its success.

• Conduct pre‑ and post‑sale file reviews across pensions, investments and protection, ensuring FCA compliance and high‑quality advice.
• Produce clear, actionable reports for advisers and track remedial actions to resolution.
• Support the Head of Compliance with risk management tasks, including policy updates, MI reporting and regulatory audits.
• Maintain Training & Competence records, including CAS reviews and competency assessments.
• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training and process improvements.

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in compliance, file review or QA (financial services, preferably pensions/investments).
• Strong grasp of FCA rules and financial advice standards.
• Analytical with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + discretionary bonuses (performance‑linked).
